2. Services
We provide hosting, domain registration, SSL and related services subject to availability and applicable registry or upstream provider policies. Third-party products may have additional terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity includes spam, malware distribution, illegal content and activities that harm network stability.
4. Billing & renewals
Fees are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle. Services may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. See our Refund Policy.
5. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, policy violations or legal requirements. You may cancel services from the client area at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostlixa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the prior twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
