Non-refundable items
- Domain registrations, transfers and renewals (registry fees are non-refundable)
- SSL certificates after issuance
- Addon licenses once activated
- VPS and dedicated servers after provisioning (unless required by law)
- Services terminated for AUP violations
How to request
Open a billing ticket from the client area within the eligible period. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
